Trampoline Games

Crack the Egg

Crack the Egg, requires one player to act as the egg and the other players to try to crack the egg. The player designated as the egg sits with her legs pulled up toward her chest and arms wrapped around her legs to help keep her legs tightly against her chest. The rest of the players then jump onto the trampoline and continue to jump in an effort to break the egg. The egg breaks when the egg player lets go of her legs. Use caution when jumping near the egg so the egg does not accidentally get jumped on.

Zombie {Dead Man}

Basically, one person is picked to be “It”. They stand (or kneel if you’re on a trampoline) blindfolded in the middle of the playing area. The other players scurry around them and chant something to wake the ‘Zombie’ up. We chanted:

Zombie, Zombie come alive
Come alive by the count of five
One, two, three, four, five

At that point, “It” has to find and tag somebody. When someone is tagged, they are “It” and the fun begins again.

Ring around the Rosy

... A fun version of the game played on the ground. Form a circle in the middle of the trampoline. Can hold hands, or walk around in a circle. Chant, "Ring Around the Rosy, a Pocket Full of Posies, Ashes, Ashes, We all Do A ________________." Each person takes a turn picking the way you should fall down. Examples include: Bottom drops, knee drops, backwards drops, etc. You can get even more creative by doing animal drops, airplane or train drops, and more. **Recommended for little jumpers up and 3 or more people.
Telephone

...A variation of the old game. Children line up around the edge of the trampoline. One person goes to the center of the trampoline and performs a trick. It could be a bottom drop, bouncing two or three times, or another type of trick. The next child in line goes to the center of the trampoline after the first person exits off. They then perform the first persons' trick, than add a trick of their own. The third person than enters the center of the trampoline and continues the cycle until someone is not able to remember the sequence correctly. They then are "out" and serve as a judge to watch the others and make sure they perform the sequences correctly. If a small group is playing, keep rotating through the group of players while adding new sequences. **Recommended for ages 5+ with a minimum of three players.
