See Water Travel

Photosynthesis
Plant can't go to the store to buy there own food,so how do they get it? Plants take water and carbon dioxide {a gas in the air}, and use sunlight to turn them into a kind of sugar called glucose. The plants use the glucose as food for energy and as building blocks for growing. They get help from something called chlorophyll, which gives leaves their green color. The process where plants turn water and carbon dioxide into sugar is called "photosynthesis".It means "putting together with light".

"MAD LAB"

Double, double, toil and trouble;

Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.

Fillet of a fenny snake

In the cauldron boil and bake;

Eye of newt, and toe of frog,

Wool of bat,and tongue of dog,

Adder’s fork, and blind-worm’s sting,

Lizard’s leg and owlet’s wing,

For a charm of powerful trouble,

Like a hell-broth, boil and bubble.

Double, double, toil and trouble;

Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.-

William Shakespeare

Floating Egg Experiment:

It is easier to float in the Ocean than in a lake or a swimming pool because of the salt.Salt water is denser than fresh water.Therefore,an egg will sink in fresh water because the egg is heavier than the fresh water.However,in the salt water the egg will float because the egg is lighter than the salt water.
